About me

I believe that meaningful change begins with genuine reflection.

For more than a decade, I have been supporting people, teams, and leaders in navigating change, making conscious decisions, and developing new perspectives. Along the way, I have learned that the most valuable answers rarely come from advice—they emerge through the right questions, honest reflection, and a space where people feel safe to think differently.

My work combines systemic coaching with years of experience in leadership, organizational development, and complex transformation. Today, I work as a people leader in an international organization while also coaching individuals who want to create more clarity, confidence, and alignment in their personal or professional lives.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe that every person already holds the resources they need. My role is to help you discover them.
